Finally, a good work out in!
yes, finally. I seriously needed a good workout and I got it!
First was a quick 3 minute workout on the bicycle and elliptical
Then, 45 minutes doing various upper body weights, emphasizing the back
22 minutes on the elliptical, doing the #7 interval, burned 260 cals
200 various situps, crunches
~10 minutes stretching.
Perhaps because it was the first actual intense workout for a while, or maybe because my body is weird, my body couldn't stop shaking. It was weird, sometimes my legs shake, but my whole body was shaking for about a half an hour. Don't know what to make of that, but I seriously felt weird. I was in an excellent mood, but man, the shakes make you feel weak.
Of course I went and ruined it all by eating a hamburger and fries, and then 2 chocolate bars. At least I worked out before pigging out this time tho!
Weight surprisingly didn't go up in the last 2 weeks, don't know what to make of that except for maybe I'm losing muscle.
I'm going to try to work on my upper body for awhile as I will be wearing my prom dress again next month for a banquet and I want my upper body to look good! I've noticed that my arms are looking terrible for the first time and that has got to change.
